Please Note Anyone cancelling their stay {Dog or Cat} will now be charged 50% of there total bill if done less than 24 hours before their stay. If the cancellation is 48 hours or more up to 72 hours prior to booking then a charge of £20 PER PET will take place.

Anyone collecting their dog or cat before the agreed pickup date will be charged for the full stay.

This is due to the amount of cancellations made due to the new restrictions and as a result we as a company have had to make the above decision.

This decision was not made lightly. We hope you all understand as a small business that if no action was taken we would not last much longer under these conditions.
